Evaluation License AgreementĪs part of its service, Ursa Minor agrees to provide trial versions of its paid Products, namely CopyTrans, CopyTrans Contacts, CopyTrans Photo, CopyTrans Shelbee, CopyTrans Cloudly, and CopyTrans Backup Extractor with the exception of CopyTrans TuneSwift.

Ursa Minor provides the following Products free of charge for home users: CopyTrans Filey, CopyTrans Manager, CopyTrans HEIC for Windows, and CopyTrans Drivers Installer. Ursa Minor may amend or modify the Agreement at any time. The User agrees to use the service in accordance with the Agreement. Information contained in the Product is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment or contracted obligation on the part of Ursa Minor. Should there be any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any other agreement between the User and Ursa Minor in relation to the Product, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply. The software and any of its supporting documentation are hereinafter referred to as the Product.īy installing or using the Product, the User indicates their complete and unconditional acceptance of this License Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between the end user (as an individual), hereinafter referred to as the User and Ursa Minor Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Ursa Minor.
